About Seety
Seety is a fast-growing Belgian mobility scale-up with a clear mission: to make parking and urban mobility simpler, smarter and more accessible. We are building a single solution that allows drivers to understand, compare and pay for all their mobility expenses—from parking and fuel to EV charging and other mobility services. Our application is already used by more than 1.3 million Seetyzens across Europe, and this is just the beginning. We are therefore looking for a Finance & Operations Manager to work directly with our CEO, take ownership of our finance and operations, and help structure Seety for its next stage of growth.
Your mission
As Finance & Operations Manager, you will act as the CEO's right hand for all matters relating to finance, operations and HR. You will combine strong financial ownership with a broader strategic role: turning data into insights, supporting key business decisions and building the processes needed to scale Seety efficiently. This is a hands-on and highly trusted role involving sensitive financial and employee information. Reliability and attention to detail are essential: Seety, our cities and our partners must be able to fully trust your work. Your main responsibilities will include:
- Managing cash flow, invoicing, payments, accounts payable and receivable.
- Ensuring accurate financial and operational reporting, including the reconciliation of transactions and settlements.
- Preparing budgets, forecasts, KPIs and management reports.
- Translating financial and operational data into clear insights and recommendations for the CEO.
- Developing business cases and financial analyses for new products, partnerships, markets and investments.
- Identifying opportunities to improve efficiency, profitability and scalability across the business.
- Defining, improving and automating the internal processes and financial controls needed to support our continued growth.
- Coordinating employee administration and supporting key HR processes, including recruitment, onboarding and performance reviews.
- Supporting the CEO in strategic planning and moving key company initiatives forward.
Your profile
- You have at least five years of experience in finance, controlling, accounting or a finance-focused operations role.
- You are extremely comfortable with numbers and have excellent attention to detail.
- You naturally double-check important figures, payments and documents.
- You understand accounting, cash flow, budgeting and financial reporting.
- You have strong business acumen and can turn complex financial information into clear recommendations.
- You can move seamlessly between detailed execution and broader strategic thinking.
- You are organised, hands-on and comfortable managing several priorities.
- You have an entrepreneurial mindset, take ownership, work autonomously and proactively raise potential issues.
- You are fluent in English and French and/or Dutch.
