      To access the Seety service, you need to download the app. Follow the instructions to create an account. To use the payment functionality, please make sure you are logged in with your account.

      If you have lost your password, you can request a reset.

      To change your password, go to the «Settings» in the «Menu». You can change your password in the «Change your password» section.

      To change the data you entered during registration, go to the «Settings» in the «Menu».

      You can change your name, means of payment, e-mail address, phone number, photo, password, car information, date of birth and the sound of your notifications.

      Your account may be temporarily blocked if we haven't received payment for your last parking transaction. In this case, you will receive a payment reminder by email.

      Once the payment has been made within the allotted time, your account will be unblocked. Please note that transfers may take several days to arrive. Take this into account.
